Job Summary

REQUIREMENT:

Senior Jira Cloud Developer & Atlassian Solutions Specialist ITSM Optimization Workflow Automation & Cloud Migration Expert

Austin Texas (Remote)---Locals Only

Need Overall 10Years of experience

3 References from the recent projects are must.

Minimum Qualifications:

8 years of Experience managing Jira Software and ITSM projects including workflows permissions and automations.
5 years of Expert-level proficiency in JQL (Jira Query Language) for building complex queries.
5 years of Experience using Jira REST APIs and scripting languages for custom integrations and enhancements.
5 years of Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to document technical processes clearly
3 years of Hands-on experience with plugins like Script Runner JMWE and Email

Preferred:

Experience with Jira on-premises to cloud migration (workflows & data).
Familiarity with Atlassian Access and basic knowledge of Active Directory & access controls.

Specific Skills:

Jira Software & ITSM administration (Jira Cloud).
JQL (complex queries).
Jira REST APIs HTML JavaScript (for customizations & integrations).
Plugin expertise: Script Runner JMWE Email This Issue.
Strong communication & documentation skills.
