About the Role
Join Intuit as a Product Manager on the Expert Management team within Customer Success. At Intuit were redefining the industry by combining professional services with data-driven insights and a distributed expert workforce. Our mission is to deliver a seamless customer experience powered by cutting-edge technology and service operations.
In this critical role youll help shape the vision strategy and execution of the Expert Lifecycle Management Platforma core part of our transformation journey. Youll work cross-functionally with engineering data science customer success and business leaders to identify key problems define product requirements and deliver impactful solutions at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end product development from discovery to launch for the Expert Lifecycle Management Platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize the product roadmap.
Leverage data insights to inform decision-making and optimize user experience.
Partner with stakeholders across a matrixed organization to deliver cohesive platform features.
Ensure product delivery aligns with customer needs business goals and technical feasibility.
Contribute to the evolution of service operations through AI-enhanced experiences and intelligent workflows.
Qualifications
7 years of experience in Product Management delivering world-class consumer or enterprise software products.
Proven success managing the full product lifecycle in a fast-paced agile environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills within a matrixed organization.
Exceptional project management capabilities with the ability to lead complex initiatives.
Passion for creating intuitive customer-focused solutions.
Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE/ or equivalent).
Data proficiency: Solid experience with SQL and analytical tools.
AI exposure: Familiarity with prompting and applied AI technologies is a plus.
