What youll do
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex Visualforce Aura and Lightning Web Components leveraging the full capabilities of the Salesforce platform to support the companys initiatives
- Technical leadership setting best practices including integration and application development and testing (unit and systems) mentoring and helping team members
- Assessment of new technologies to integrate with the Salesforce ecosystem
- Demonstrates expert understanding of functional and non-functional requirements
- Facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives
- Skilled in breaking down problems documenting problem statements and estimating efforts
- Promotes transparency by proactively sharing design choices with appropriate audiences with the appropriate level of detail and timeliness
Who you are
- Bachelors Degree in STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 4/5 years of experience as Salesforce developer with proven understanding of Salesforcearchitecture and API
- Experience in Lightning and Lightning Web components or any JavaScript framework
- Excellent knowledge of relational databases
- Experience using GitHub or other version control software
- Ability to create technical documentation
- Experience working in geographically distributed teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Strong team player
