Job Description

Our client is a small specialized company providing multi-faceted high impact technology solutions to our nations Intelligence Community. They have been in this industry for over 20 years and are well established in this space. They are seeking an Enterprise Services Engineer to join a fast-paced mission-focused and passionate team. The tech stack here is large and complex: thousands of servers in a world-wide distributed environment RedHat CentOS Juniper and CISCO networks Virtualization CephFS IBM GPFS SANS HP and IBM storage Gluster Docker Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines Puppet Chef Bash Csh Perl Python Ruby and all sorts of Cloud technologies (not just AWS).

Ideal candidates for this role will have:
-Continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)experience
-Experience using Podman or Dockers for Containerization and Kubernetes for Orchestration
-Both domain and admin experience with Linux distribution: Red Hat Fedora or CentOS
-Experience designing and administering virtualized environments with VMware and Red Hat packages
-Understanding of TCP/IP stack and network protocols near CCNA knowledge level
-Both server and workstation security hardening
-Familiarity with Puppet Ansible Cobbler for server automation

This team is located in Fairfax VA and work is 100% on-site. This role requires US citizenship and a current TS/SCI CI Poly level government clearance.
