Facilities Ambassador - JLL

The Facility Ambassador delivers exceptional client experiences through proactive engagement and hospitality-focused service across designated properties. This client-facing role strengthens partnerships between JLL service providers and clients while showcasing your interpersonal talents and service excellence. The ideal candidate combines hospitality passion with relationship-building expertise to elevate both service delivery and professional capabilities.

WHAT YOULL DO

  • Serve as first contact for all client inquiries and feedback respond to requests within one business day with personal follow-up and build lasting relationships with employees and guests through hospitality-focused service

  • Maintain visible presence with minimum two hours daily in reception and floor walks manage workspace readiness including conference rooms pantries and common areas and arrange catering and special event setups

  • Conduct regular service assessments to ensure compliance with agreements and standards anticipate needs to deliver intuitive service that exceeds expectations and support continuous improvement through best practice sharing and innovation

  • Identify and escalate potential risks to prevent operational disruptions coordinate with facilities management for work orders and day-to-day issues and distribute landlord notices to appropriate stakeholders

  • Partner with service providers security vendors and landlords as needed and collaborate across all business lines for integrated service delivery

  • Guide employees on effective use of workplace resources and technology while enhancing overall workplace experience

  • Contribute to data collection and reporting aligned with client objectives and perform additional duties as required

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.

  • 3 5 years prior experience in hospitality facility / property management operations and/or knowledge of commercial real estate preferred.

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.

  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service.

  • Ability to work independently strong prioritization and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally.

  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite. (Excel Word PowerPoint Visio and Outlook)
