The delivery of effective external and internal marketing and communications will be essential to achieving these goals.
The Non-Technical IT Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the IT department by managing administrative tasks coordinating projects and ensuring efficient communication. This role focuses on the organizational and logistical aspects of IT rather than hands-on technical support. The Non-Technical IT Administrator acts as a liaison between the IT team and other departments ensuring that IT resources are managed effectively and aligned with business needs.

Qualifications:
Education:
Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Management or a related field (preferred).
Relevant certifications in project management or administration are a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or project coordination role preferably within an IT environment.
Experience with vendor management and contract administration.
Experience with inventory management and asset tracking.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Basic understanding of IT terminology and concepts.
