About the role
Our customers appreciate that they can easily contact us with any queries about their subscription their online purchases or our website. Our customer experience team is growing and we have a rare part-time opportunity. If you are passionate about providing an efficient service and are capable of developing a deep understanding of our product range and are always on the lookout for ways to improve then read on.

This role is three days a week and is a fast-paced environment so our next star needs to be calm under pressure solutions-focused and able to prioritise.
