As a Head of Product you will be in the drivers seat defining the product building the team and owning key decisions.
In return well support you hands-on across Tech Design Medical & Scientific Advisory GTM Legal Talent and Fundraising to help you go from 0 to 1 with speed and impact.
You will join one of the fastest growing start-ups in the European Health Tech space at Seed stage.
Build and scale a health platform with a strong focus on delivering measurable outcomes for patients.
Define and own the product vision roadmap and strategy balancing medical rigor user needs and business priorities.
Innovate with AI to the next level to become a global referent on the e-health industry
Collaborate with doctors health professionals and behavioral experts to shape a holistic care experience that drives adherence and results.
Lead the full product lifecycle from insight gathering and prototyping to launch and continuous improvement.
Use data clinical evidence and user feedback to inform decisions iterate quickly and optimize engagement and retention.
Ensure regulatory ethical and data privacy standards are embedded in the product.
Foster a test-and-learn culture grounded in user research product analytics and real world impact.

7 years of experience in product leadership roles ideally in high-growth digital health wellness or care delivery startups.
Proven track record of building user-centric digital products ideally in regulated environments like HealthTech MedTech or wellness.
Experience with B2C digital products with proven track record of building and optimizing acquisition and retention strategies
Builder mindset: hands-on with prototyping experimentation and creative execution using low-code/no-code and AI tools.
Strong analytical thinking and comfort owning product KPIs (engagement outcomes retention CAC/LTV etc.)
Great communicator: able to align stakeholders across business clinical tech and investor groups.
Deep understanding of product best practices: research UX experimentation metrics and agile delivery.
Bonus: Experience leveraging AI for personalization automation or clinical insights.
Fluency in both Spanish and English.
Passion for building meaningful products that improve lives and for doing it from scratch.
Strong bias for action.
Immediate availability to start and work full-time.
Work authorization in the EU (No visa sponsorship) and willingness to relocate to Madrid
