Were looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to help us scale and strengthen our Salesforce ecosystem as we evolve from startup to global scale-up. This isnt just a technical role its about bridging business needs and system capabilities to design scalable reliable and value-driven solutions.
Youll partner closely with stakeholders across post-sales and customer-facing teams turning complexity into clarity and translating real business challenges into smart Salesforce solutions. This is a rare opportunity to shape systems that impact every corner of the business while also helping define the future of Salesforce architecture at Mews.
Your mission should you choose to accept it
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across teams
- Manage stakeholder relationships and proactively challenge refine and document requirements
- Work hands-on in Salesforce to build optimise and maintain core workflows and architecture
- Act as the key partner for post-sales and customer experience stakeholders on projects and roadmap items
- Support the team with project management delivery oversight and clear communication
- Own prioritised roadmap initiatives and eliminate technical debt with scalable solutions
- Balance tactical delivery with strategic thinking to future-proof how we use Salesforce
- Champion high standards in documentation data hygiene and system performance
Youll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you
- Extensive hands-on Salesforce experience (admin/configuration with a bit of dev exposure too ideally)
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex Salesforce projects
- Strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills in fast-moving environments
- Business mindset; you think beyond tickets and translate business needs into smart systems
- Adept at balancing priorities navigating ambiguity and managing expectations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations
- Able to read Apex code and collaborate closely with developers (coding not required)
- Experience working in high-growth high-change SaaS or tech environments preferred
