Job Summary
The role of Director of Human Resources is key to the success of the Foundation requiring an individual who combines strong senior level HR generalist skills with a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people. The scope of the HR function includes health and safety; performance management; talent management; training and development; compensation; benefits; recruitment and selection; organizational effectiveness and development; change management; employee relations; talent acquisition compensation planning and administration and payroll. As part of the senior leadership Team the HR Director will play a key role with staff in shaping communicating and implementing the Foundations organizational culture vision values and strategy to best serve youth from lower income households.
Work Location
St. George Ontario. This role will work out of our Home Office located at Tim Horton Onondaga Farms in St. George Ontario. This role will be required to work a minimum of three days per week in-office and the Organization reserves the right to adjust the required work location at any time. Some travel will be required to visit and address human resources related matters at our various work locations across Canada and the USA.
