What Youll Do:
- Lead the charge onmonth-end closingsunder both US and Local GAAP from journal entries to HFM reporting and reconciliations.
- Analyzebalance sheet and P&L variances providing clear insightful explanations.
- Collaborate with finance leaders and controllers to ensuresmooth timely month-end processes.
- Prepare review and validateaccounting journalswith a keen eye for compliance and accuracy.
- Ownmonthly account reconciliations identify discrepancies and drive resolution.
- Deliverregulatory reportsand supportstatutory and SOX auditswith confidence.
- Create and maintainroutine financial reportsand dashboards for management.
- Be a key player inprocess automation and efficiency improvements.
- Help shape and refineaccounting procedures and mentor junior team members.
What We Need:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
- Education:BS degree in Accounting Finance or relevant; CECCAR represent an advantage.
- Language Skills:Advanced English proficiency.
- Skills: Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Tools: SAP and HFM experience is a plus.
