Your role and responsibilities
As our new Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT) Development Lead youll play a key role in designing and embedding new ways of working that help us deliver the very best for the people of Suffolk.

We have leadership that spans health and care services at strategic and operational levels and multidisciplinary teams that provide comprehensive combined health and care services. We are ambitious to do more focusing on the delivery of integrated health and care services through our Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs).
For the past eighteen months our Integrated Neighbourhood Development Team within which this post sits has been leading delivery of a development plan for the INTs across West Suffolk and Ipswich and East enable us to build on the ways of working that have already been successfully embedded in Suffolk and to take integration to the next level these roles are being established on a permanent basis and will work across all three Suffolk localities including Waveney continuing Suffolks transformation and delivering the one team Waveney this will include supporting development plans that sit across Great Yarmouth and Waveney and the Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care System.
Working closely with the Area Directors for each locality the Assistant Director for Strategy and Change and Access and other senior leaders from across the system the Development Lead will manage the Development Officers to deliver the INT development plan. The focus will build on work already undertaken and will include supporting the shift to prevention addressing health inequalities in local communities bringing services together more closely at locality level and developing digital governance and resource enablers which support gain a range of experience to expand your career deliver creative and innovative solutions and have the opportunity to work at the cutting edge of health and care integration.
