Job Description
Position: HVAC Service Technician
Employer: Henry Bush/Redlands Plumbing
Location: Redlands CA
Salary: $25/hr 18$ gross sales commission up to $5000 sign-on bonus DOE (a lot of our Technicians earn around $100000 per year)

Position: HVAC Service Technician
Compensation: 18% commission off the top of Gross Sales Bonuses! Potential annual earning $100K
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday with some weekends and evenings required
Position Summary:
- Service maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential & light commercial heating and air conditioning systems
- Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs inventory and retail pricing
- Work in the utility programs the company participates in as well as work on the retrofit installations as needed
- Excellent customer service
- Daily use of Service Titan our cloud-base CRM
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in residential HVAC service
- Valid drivers license and insurable driving record
- EPA Universal Certification
- Nate Certifications or acquire once employed
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience making repair and replacement decisions
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Certificate of completion from a HVAC Technical School desired
