About the Role:
We re looking for someone who s comfortable around smart devices and knows how to handle them from unboxing and setup to packing and shipping. You ll be part of the operations team working closely with our warehouse/inventory systems to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
This is a desk-based role but requires frequent access to the inventory room to manage stock verify shipments and ensure smooth handovers between systems and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and fulfill customer orders for smart devices
- Perform basic troubleshooting and quality checks before dispatch
- Ensure packaging is accurate and secure
- Maintain inventory records and update order status using Excel or Inventory management software
- Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams when needed
- Support inventory management including stock counts and tracking
- Use ERP or order management systems to record and manage data (training provided if needed)
What We re Looking For: - Experience working with smart devices or consumer electronics
- Strong interest in tech and gadgets
- Reliable detail-oriented and organized
- Basic troubleshooting skills (e.g. Wi-Fi setup app pairing hardware resets)
- Basic Excel skills (data entry filters basic formulas)
- Comfortable working from a desk while staying hands-on with physical inventory
- Prior experience with ERP or inventory/order management tools is a big plus
