Title: Project Manager 3.
Location : Austin Texas (Hybrid 3 days remote with 2 days onsite)
Duration : 12 Months

Job Description :
Must have 10 years of experience on below :
- Skilled in managing project with implementations across large organizations.
- Experience should include developing and managing project plans documenting risks issues and contingency plans.
- Ability to research gather assemble correlate and analyze facts; to devise solutions to problems and to prepare concise reports and/or to analyze and solve complex and difficult problems.
- Experience overseeing the development of SDLC artifacts ensure business requirements get translated into technical specifications guide and facilitate the SDLC process.
- Experience developing and maintaining strong relationships with multiple project sponsors and stakeholder.
- Must possess strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to appropriately summarize and escalate issues and develop and present weekly status updates and conduct regular project team meetings.
- Ability to work in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must have 8 years of experience on below :
- Agile methodology overseeing and tracking development progress and ensuring project assignments align with project timelines.
- Agile Experience - Managing the project with feature driven sprints.
Preferred
5 years of experience on below :
- Experience implementing and using agile methodologies and best practices for 1 or more State of Texas Agencies.
- Prior experience in healthcare or Public Health.
- PMP Certification .
