Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Packaging Supervisor with a strong background in generic pharmaceutical manufacturing to oversee packaging operations ensure cGMP compliance and lead a team on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities-
Supervise daily packaging operations and personnel

Ensure compliance with cGMP SOPs and regulatory standards

Oversee line clearance changeovers and cleaning verifications

Support and coach line leaders and packaging operators
-
Maintain documentation per SOP and regulatory guidelines

Work with SAP and serialization systems such as Systech
-
Train and evaluate team members for performance and compliance
-
Serve as a point of contact for operational procedures
-
1 3 years of pharmaceutical packaging experience preferably in generic pharma

2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience

Strong knowledge of cGMP and manufacturing documentation practices

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors in Pharmaceutical Sciences or related field preferred

Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications

Chemistry background required

Strong communication skills in English
