Job Description:
We are hiring dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executives for deployment at City Union Bank (Adambakkam branch). Candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling banking products over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to potential customers for credit card personal loan and other banking products

Understand customer needs and explain product features and benefits clearly

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Maintain records of calls and sales and update CRM regularly

Follow compliance and quality standards as per bank norms

Minimum 6 months of telesales or telecalling experience in the banking or financial sector

Experience in credit card sales personal loans or banking products is highly preferred

Excellent communication and convincing skills
-
Should be result-oriented and self-motivated
