Position: Change Management Consultant
Location: Columbia SC (29210)
Client: State of South Carolina
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Change Management Consultant to enhance and optimize change management processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with technical and functional teams to implement best practices analyze tools and train staff on approved processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and improve current change management processes.
- Collaborate with teams to adjust processes for tools and best practices.
- Analyze and configure change management tools.
- Document both functional and technical change management processes.
- Train teams on approved change management practices.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience in SAP software analysis design and development.
- 5 years of experience with ECC SRM and BW.
- 5 years of experience with SAP upgrades OSS notes and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of other SAP change management tools.
Preferred Skills:
- SAP public sector experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Database technology.
- Proficient with MS Office tools (Word Excel Visio Project).
