DescriptionThe Change Management Senior Specialist is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives for the transformation and optimization of Cepals operations processes and overall business model. This role actively contributes to large-scale changes enhancing organizational effectiveness through the implementation of new strategies business processes and technologies.
- Analyzes day-to-day operations to assess the current business status and identifies requirements for effective business processes tools methods business transformation practices and organizational change
- Coordinates project activities ensuring timely completion of milestones deliverables and budgets while adhering to established project management methodologies
- Develops a detailed plan for implementing new/updated systems or processes based on identified needs
- Monitors and evaluates the progress of transformation initiatives tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepares regular reports and updates for management
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather pertinent information align strategies and contribute to the planning and execution of transformation projects
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements industry standards and internal policies throughout the transformation projects
- Contributes to fostering a culture of continuous improvement innovation and adaptability within the organization promoting a mindset of change readiness and agility
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field
- Masters Degree or other certifications in project management or change management will be considered an asset
- Minimum of 3 years of proven working experience in Business Transformation within the Financial industry or Consulting industry with focus on operational improvement projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
- Computer Literacy advanced use of MS Applications
