Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Lead Java Developer with deep expertise in Java Spring Boot and microservices architecture. As a technical lead you will drive the design and development of scalable high-performance backend systems mentor team members and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead the technical design development and delivery of backend services using Java Spring Boot and microservices

Mentor and guide a team of developers through code reviews pair programming and technical discussions

Collaborate with architects DevOps and product owners to ensure technical solutions align with business needs

Build scalable REST APIs and backend services with a strong focus on performance and reliability

Enforce best coding practices ensure code quality and maintain technical documentation
-
Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize performance in production environments

Participate in sprint planning estimations and Agile ceremonies

8 years of experience in Java development with at least 3 years in a technical/lead role

Strong proficiency with Spring Boot Spring MVC Spring Data JPA and Spring Security

Experience in designing and implementing microservices architecture

Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs JSON/XML and API gateways
-
Experience with message brokers (e.g. Kafka RabbitMQ) and event-driven architecture
-
Solid understanding of RDBMS (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Docker and Kubernetes

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS Azure or GCP

Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit Mockito) and performance tuning

Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React/Angular) is a plus for full-stack projects

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
