Job Description

Role : EDI Delivery Supervisor

Location: Remote (Look for candidates in EST and CST Time-Zone)

Visa: USC/GC only

**Must have Seeburger experience. Will not consider alternatives at this time. Client is using Seeburger BIS6

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

- Manage incoming EDI project requests and business-as-usual support activities.

2. Supervision:

- Perform normal supervisory duties including team leadership performance evaluations and professional development.

3. Solution Assessment and Improvement:

- Evaluate and assess existing EDI solutions identifying areas for improvement.

- Implement enhancements to optimize efficiency accuracy and reliability of EDI processes.

4. ERP Replacement Activities:

- Assist in the information gathering process during ERP replacement activities.

- Facilitate the smooth transition of existing EDI partners to new systems.

5. Technical Knowledge:

- Demonstrate expertise in EDI ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards.

- Proficiency in Oracle SAP Seeburger JIRA and Confluence.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements relevant to EDI.

Qualifications:

Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in EDI project management and support.

- Proven experience in supervisory roles leading and managing teams effectively.

Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of EDI ANSI X12 and EDIFACT processes standards and technologies.

- Proficiency in Oracle SAP Seeburger BIS6 JIRA and Confluence.

- Must demonstrate expert level knowledge within the Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel Project Powerpoint etc.)
