Job Description

This is a remote position.


Paid Hours per Week: 40 hours per week
Schedule:

  • Monday - Thursday 8:30 to 5:30 with 1 hour of unpaid lunch
  • Friday 9am - 1pm
  • Saturday 10am - 12pm
  • Sunday 10am - 12pm


Job Overview:
The client is looking for a proactive and personable PR & Community Specialist to engage and grow our online communities. This role focuses on managing audience interactions responding to direct messages and ensuring that our brand is represented authentically and consistently across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills experience with influencer marketing and a deep understanding of social media trends.

Responsibilities:
  • Community & Brand Engagement:
    Monitor and actively engage with our online communities daily (including weekends) responding to direct messages on Instagram and TikTok in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. Engage with like-minded brands and creators to build community and stay ahead of emerging trends.
  • PR & Influencer Management:
    Support the Head of PR in building influencer lists coordinating and booking VIP appointments managing gifting initiatives and assisting with partnership initiatives as needed.
  • Franchise Communication:
    Regularly monitor social media tags and mentions from all locations to ensure brand consistency. Proactively identify any content practices or customer feedback that deviates from the clietnts brand standards.
  • Customer Support:
    Manage customer service inquiries and complaints through social channels working closely with our franchise marketing and operations teams. Provide a positive experience for all online interactions by addressing guest and community needs with care and empathy.


Qualifications & Schedule:
  • 2 years of experience in community management customer engagement and/or influencer marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service and guest experience.
  • Experience in influencer relations and social listening.
  • Ability to respond quickly and thoughtfully to inquiries.
  • Meticulously organized with experience using project management tools i.e. Asana
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram TikTok Facebook)
  • Willingness to provide weekend support (2 hours max) to help maintain strong community management and timely guest responses on social media.


Technical Requirements:
  • Apple M2 Chip or Intel i7 processor (2020 or newer).
  • Minimum 16 GB RAM macOS Ventura 13.4 or later.
