Responsibilities:
- Manage office schedules and appointments.
- Provides high-level support to executives and ensures smooth office operations. o Handle correspondence and phone calls.
- Maintain and organise files and records.
- Assist in preparing reports presentations and documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flight bookings accommodations and itineraries. o Ensure confidentiality in all matters concerning the executive and the company. o Handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Ability to develop proposals letters of correspondence and other related documentation without supervision.
- Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.

- Strong analytical and multitasking skills and experience in performing rigorous analysis supporting highly visible work.
