Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Manage office schedules and appointments.
  • Provides high-level support to executives and ensures smooth office operations. o Handle correspondence and phone calls.
  • Maintain and organise files and records.
  • Assist in preparing reports presentations and documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flight bookings accommodations and itineraries. o Ensure confidentiality in all matters concerning the executive and the company. o Handle sensitive information with discretion.


Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Ability to develop proposals letters of correspondence and other related documentation without supervision.
  • Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • The right candidate will join an ambitious team with great vision and creative energy and must have the ability and capacity to work within a team.
  • Have the capacity and confidence to work communicate effectively.
  • Strong analytical and multitasking skills and experience in performing rigorous analysis supporting highly visible work.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills sufficient to communicate complex subject matter effectively.
  • Proven ability to work both independently and as a member of a team in a fast-paced dynamic and creative environment requiring the ability to juggle tasks to meet deadlines with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Ability to work with colleagues and partners of varied backgrounds and experience.
