Roles and Responsibilities:
Finance Organization Setup & Leadership
Strengthen the finance function across its portfolio companies.
Put in place strong systems policies and reporting practices.
Hire and lead capable finance teams covering accounting planning and compliance.
Ensure strong internal controls and good governance.
Promote financial discipline and accountability in the organization
Oversee daily finance activities: accounting tax audit and treasury.
Lead the budgeting forecasting and planning processes.
Deliver timely and accurate financial reports and MIS.
Monitor cash flows and financial health across companies.
Ensure full compliance with all laws and tax rules.
Work closely with CEOs and leadership teams to align finance with business needs.
Give insights for improving performance and managing costs.
Support occasional M&A IPO preparation or fundraising activities.
Define key financial metrics and dashboards for decision-making.
Lead automation of finance processes for better accuracy and speed.
Introduce modern ERP systems and reporting tools.
Continuously improve operations to make them scalable and efficient.
Ensure smooth and regular communication between the companies and the investment team.
Be the go-to person for all finance matters across these companies.
Maintain high quality and consistency in financial data shared with stakeholders.
Support board presentations and investor interactions when needed.
Build finance frameworks that can support new companies and future growth.
Develop systems that help onboard new companies easily.
Stay updated with financial laws standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
MBA in Finance Chartered Accountant or similar professional background.
15 25 years of total experience with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance role.
Experience in setting up finance teams and systems from the ground up.
Strong track record in automation compliance and financial governance.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on working style.
Ability to manage finance across multiple companies at once.
