Job Description
Creating and maintaining project timelines.
Identifying and managing risks & monitoring progress against project goals.
Guide the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
Work with the Product manager to prioritize the product backlog.
Conduct detailed walkthroughs of requirements with stakeholders and developers.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings sprint planning sprint review and sprint retrospective.
Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the teams progress.
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
Maintain documentation of sprints and releases in Jira
Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders.
Eliminate external blockers and manage internal roadblocks through process or workflow improvements.
Qualifications :
5-10 years of experience.
Have conceptual understanding of programming.
Certification in Agile methodologies like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
