Job Description
The Product Operations team is committed to driving excellence at scale. As a Program Manager youll play a pivotal role in shaping our product operations strategy and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
Optimize Processes: Implement and improve SaaS product management methodologies streamline workflows and boost team efficiency.
Drive Collaboration: Align product and field teams (Sales GTM Customer Success) around launches feedback and feature rollouts.
Promote Data-Driven Culture: Use data and KPIs to guide product decisions and strategy.
Boost Adoption: Develop programs to increase awareness education and usage of new features and products.

Qualifications :
- Experience and Skills
- 3 years of program management experience preferably in SaaS environments
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
- Experience with implementing and leveraging AI tools in Product Management workflows an advantage
- Soft Skills
- Independent thinker who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment
