Graduate Formulation Scientist - Product Technology & Engineering
Are you ready to shape the future of agricultural innovation Join Syngentas dynamic Product Technology & Engineering department and contribute to developing groundbreaking formulation technologies and products that help feed a growing world.
As a Formulation Scientist youll provide critical support across our Crop Protection R&D and Production & Supply projects leveraging diverse practical techniques to develop and commercialize innovative products. Youll:
- Drive formulation design for new agricultural products
- Provide scientific insights and data-driven recommendations
- Contribute to our culture of scientific excellence
Key Accountabilities
- Design and execute formulation workplans with guidance from experienced colleagues
- Deliver and validate experimental data independently
- Collaborate across functions to achieve project objectives
- Support patent filings through technical data generation
- Share technical expertise with peers
- Maintain safety standards while conducting laboratory work
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What Were Looking For
- MSc/BSc in Chemistry or equivalent experience in formulation
- Strong practical laboratory skills
- Curious and enthusiastic approach to science
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Scientific problem-solving mindset
- Meticulous data recording and interpretation skills
Desirable:
- Experience in formulation design and testing
- Scripting or coding capabilities
