Hello! Were Mitchells & Butlers were a big player inthe UK hospitality game. Throughout the UK we have over 1750 vibrant pubsrestaurants and bars across 18 successful and varied brands. Marketing scheme Overview

Our 12 month scheme fast tracks you to your first role inmarketing and well make sure you have every opportunity to learn all thenecessary bits and pieces along the way. Youll learn loads on the job andthrough a range of placements and real time projects throughout the Marketingfunction.

We will make sure you get there by

• Pub Bar or Restaurant placements (Week 2 - 3)
• Central Marketing or Marketing Innovation Team Placements (Month 2 - 4)
• Brand Marketing Placement (Months 5 - 8)
• Development focused Marketing Placement (Month 9 - 12)

You will be really well supported by a great team of peopleon your journey with us - your line manager placement manager and a graduatebuddy from our community of graduates across the business.

And there is more. to ensure youre on the right trajectoryyou will also benefit from development workshops throughout the scheme focusedon enhancing your skill set and developing your leadership capabilities.

All sound exciting so far To be eligible to join ourMarketing graduate scheme

• Youll have to have or be on track to achieve at least a 2:1 degree
• Have achieved ABB grades at A level or above (equivalent BTEC grades)
• Hold a full and valid UK drivers licence
• As this role is mobile theres flexibility over where you are based in the UK but youll need to be able to travel to regularly travel to our Head Office located in the heart of Birmingham

3 Final stage senior management interview(shouldyou progress after Face-to-face assessment)
