The Opportunity
Adobe is seeking a talented and passionate Data Science Engineer within our DMe FP&A team! The team is looking to apply the data science skillset to traditional finance problems like identifying and explaining major drivers of business performance and forecasting accurately at scale. This is a unique opportunity to work with ARR revenue and expense data supporting a $17-18B business.
What Youll Do
- Write functions and programs that ingest data on drivers of business performance and algorithmically flag the most important ones using a sophisticated model that puts weight on various factors
- Apply time series forecasting techniques to financial data or inputs to financial models
- Build data pipelines to support the above
- Create dashboards and reports to share findings and insights
- Collaborate with other finance data scientists on ad hoc projects
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Computer Engineering Electrical Engineer or equivalent experience required graduating between December 2026 May 2027
- Solid understanding of SQL and R/Python
- Understanding of time series modeling and programming with functions and a track record solving problems with these methods.
- Experience communicating and presenting results from data science projects
- 0 - 2 years of relative work experience
At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
