Job Description
Position Description:
This hourly associate provides production line support under the guidance of a Team Leader and Supervisor. This role will include gaining a working knowledge of all processes within the department.
Accountabilities
- Coach team members using MPS tools such as SOS TPM and 5S.
- Collaborate with support teams (CI/Quality) to problem solve on a daily basis. Responsible for immediate line-side problem solving tied to safety quality and efficiency.
- Complete repairs as they arise
- Fill in for team members as they briefly step away from their line position for restroom break office visit etc.
- Collaborate with Team Lead to conduct team member cross training and job rotation
- Conduct periodic supply checks. Retrieve parts for the department as needed.
- Assist Team Lead with answering and problem solving Andons as needed.
- Oversee and Assist with end of shift clean-up process.
- Other duties as assigned

SHIFTS:
- 1st shift hours: Monday - Thursday 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM You will normally work this shift however may need to work on Fridays based on company needs.

Qualifications :
Background and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Demonstrated experience leading or being a part of a team required
- Basic math skills (Addition Subtraction Multiplication Division) required
- Experience with basic computer applications required (email Word etc.)
- Demonstrated experience speaking in front of small groups preferred
- Able to multi-task and is self-motivated
