Are you organised people-focused and ready to kickstart a career in a unique and secure environment Join Ventia on our Defence contract at Irwin Barracks as a Production Clerk no experience needed just the right attitude and eagerness to learn!
This is a front-facing role where youll be the friendly first point of contact for our workshop team supporting everything from admin and data entry to ordering parts and liaising with customers.

What Youll Be Doing Day-to-Day:
- Greeting visitors and being the go-to person for workshop enquiries
- Managing clerical tasks including data entry and payroll support
- Ordering tracking and returning repair parts
- Assisting with scheduling and work order management
- Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
- Supporting inventory and procurement processes
- Helping maintain a smooth and organised office environment
What You Bring:
- A vibrant energetic personality and great people skills
- Willingness to learn no prior experience required!
- Basic computer skills (Word Excel; SAP is a bonus)
- Flexibility reliability and a positive attitude
- Australian Citizenship (required for Defence clearance)
To be considered for this role you will need to be eligible to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Negative Vetting Level 1). You must also be an Australian citizen to meet this requirement.
