Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the manufacturing of innovative infection prevention products in a production or clean room environment following all applicable policies processes and procedures. This is an entry-level position.
Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00AM-2:30PM
Location: Plymouth MN
Pay: $19hr

- Must be able to read understand and carry out written and verbal instructions on performing the job as well as safety procedures.

- Adheres to all company and departmental safety policies and guidelines
- Performs daily job duties in a safe manner and keeps their work area clean and organized at all times
- Capable of following detailed assembly instructions both written and verbal. Complies with policies guidelines and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.
- Performs any additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Lead.
- Consistent ability to meet production goals for assigned processes while maintaining quality standards for the product.
- Employee workmanship and documentation standards regularly meet all of our quality standards and GMP practices
- Works well with others in the value stream and offers support when help is needed in a Consistently adheres to attendance and punctuality guidelines different area.
Skills Abilities and Experience:
Required:
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Ability to continuously wear personal protective equipment and/or clean room attire work overtime as required lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds operate power tools/equipment and hand tools and work with or around chemicals
Preferred:
- Previous experience working in a chemical manufacturing manufacturing or FDA regulated production environment
- Experience working with automatic fillers
- Drive to learn and grow within an organization
- Critical thinking skills

- Up to 100% sitting standing and walking in an 8-hour workday more if working overtime

Pay range for this opportunity is $19hr. This position is eligible forbonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors including but not limited to local labor market costs years of relevant experience education professional certifications foreign language fluency etc.
