- Lead hardscape sales territory development through strategic initiatives and continuous education programs including renowned Professional Sales Training and certification opportunities.
- Utilize customized CRM and business intelligence tools to craft winning strategies and identify competitive advantages.
- Empower dealer teams with training and resources to optimize business growth with Techo-Bloc.
- Ensure brand consistency and service excellence across all sales channels.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration with internal teams sales directors dealers and contractors. Maintain high standards for deliverables including visual appearance branding and user experience.
- Research and share innovative product placement examples on social media platforms.
- Champion the companys reputation as a sales leader.
Qualifications :
- Strong and Ambitious Work Ethic;
- Positive Can-Do energized attitude;
- Post Secondary Education;
- A minimum of 2 years of experience selling into a dealer network or working in the hardscape/building material industry (Selling or installing);
- Experience in building sales action plans deciphering sales reports hosting events and building customer relations
- Must have a valid passport and be able to travel to Canada for training/meetings.
- This job is home office-based with daily face-to-face on-site meetings. Must have easy access to Atlanta and surrounding areas.
- Overnight travel is to be expected for sales and training purposes.
