Job Description

  • Answers routine HR enquiries and undertake duties that require knowledge of established departmental procedures and familiarity with HR operations and activities;
  • Assists with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office and provide HR data any time is required;
  • Maintains the HR database - HCM updated and provides regular and ad-hoc reports for data analysis;
  • Prepares work contracts addendums and work contract termination with employees from various locations;
  • Maintain personnel folders up to date & archive leavers documentation in electronical version;
  • Prepares various letters related benefits and changes for the employees;
  • Monthly briefs finance about new employees leavers salary grade changes or any other employment issues;
  • Briefs Endava ITS about new starters leavers or other employment related changes;
  • Provide certificates on employees request (medical salary or other types of certificates);
  • Approves and reconcile absences (annual leave special leaves public holidays) in Oracle HCM;
  • Registers and maintains accurate data on various third parties providers platforms depending on location (ex. SDWorx Standard file HMRC);
  • Responsible for compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping into HCM;
  • Draft and update HR standard procedures (SOPs);
  • Performs UATs in HCM;
  • Participates in specific work projects as determined by the line manager and performs other related duties as assigned;
  • Assists with simple employee relations matters and manage employee compliance.
  • Provides administrative support to the People team in managing the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications :

  • The ideal candidate must be educated to at least University level.
  • Excellent IT skills with knowledge of MS Word Excel and Outlook.
  • Previous experience of working with an HR database would be desirable but is not essential as training would be provided.
