Job Description
As a Product Manager and Team Lead you are responsible for product lifecycle of products within your portfolio. From defining user requirements to providing demos to clients you are the to-go person for your products and a reliable leader for your team. .
You are well versed in Agile way of working and stay on top of teams prioritization for short- and long-term. Alignment of product roadmap with strategic business goals is always top of mind in everything you do.
During demos and client meetings whether online or in-person you know how to impress the users and show the product in a way that is relevant and exciting. You know how to adjust your communication style based on the stakeholders you are communicating with.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of Product Management experience
- Bachelors degree in Commerce/Business Engineering or Computer Science
- CSRD/ESG expertise or willingness to learn the domain
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills
