Oats Overnight is changing the way people eat breakfast and since launching in 2016 our high protein spoon-free oatmeal has been enjoyed by overcustomers. We are scaling quickly in both direct-to-consumer and retail with the goal of becoming a household brand. We have end-to-end control of all phases of the business producing and fulfilling the product in-house which is extremely rare for companies our size. This allows us to create new flavors and products quickly and is a tremendous advantage for our brand were able to give customers a behind-the-scenes look at what we do highlighting our people and process in content. Being vertically integrated also enables us to incorporate customers directly in the development process.

Job Summary
Were seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Logistics Manager to oversee and lead all aspects of transportation and delivery operations. This role is responsible for managing daily shipping activities strengthening carrier relationships and sourcing new freight partners to support growth. As a key contributor within our Supply Chain team youll ensure our products arrive on time and in full (OTIF)delighting customers while optimizing cost and service performance.
What Youll Do
Lead daily transportation operations including load booking tracking and exception management.
Oversee end-to-end fulfillment to meet customer requirements (e.g. routing guides appointment windows).
Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Planning Sales Operations and Warehouse teams to support OTIF goals.
Manage intra-facility freight flows between production and distribution sites. Build and maintain strong partnerships with core carriers across LTL FTL and intermodal networks.
Monitor carrier KPIs (on-time delivery cost damage claims) and drive accountability via quarterly reviews.
Resolve escalated freight issuesdelays claims or missed pickupswith urgency and care. Identify qualify and onboard new carriers to support seasonal demand and service needs. Lead transportation RFPs and conduct competitive bidding for new and existing lanes. Negotiate contracts rates and service levels with carriers and brokers.
Analyze transportation spend and develop strategies to improve cost-effectiveness and service quality.
Maintain dashboards and reporting for visibility into costs service metrics and carrier scorecards.
Partner with Finance and Supply Chain teams to develop and manage logistics budgets and forecasts.
Occasional travel to distribution centers carrier locations or vendor sites may be required.
What Youll Bring
5 years of experience in logistics transportation or supply chainpreferably with outbound shipping to retail or club channels.
Strong command of transportation modes (LTL FTL intermodal) routing protocols and freight optimization strategies.
Proven ability to manage third-party carriers negotiate contracts and monitor performance. Proficiency with TMS platforms and Excel; ERP experience (e.g. NetSuite SAP) is a plus. Excellent communication analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment. Experience and desire to support a culture built on collaboration sharing of ideas and celebration of successes as well as drive for positive outcomes with cross-functional teams.
