General Manager

Compensation: $68000 to $72000 base salary performance-based bonuses

Our Torrance studio is a local wellness destination designed to support recovery performance and longevity. Were looking for a hands-on sales-driven General Manager who will lead the studio to success by building a high-performing team growing revenue and ensuring every client receives an exceptional experience.
As General Manager you are the driver of studio success. This role requires an energetic and highly organized leader who thrives in a performance-based environment. You will be responsible for all aspects of studio operationsfrom hitting monthly sales targets to managing team performance optimizing client experience and executing local marketing initiatives.
This is not a desk job. The right candidate is equally comfortable closing a membership sale coaching a team member jumping in at the front desk and strategizing with ownership.
Sales & Growth
Lead the team to exceed monthly membership and service revenue goals
Execute a proven sales process to drive conversions upsells and retention
Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rates revenue per client client retention and new member growth
Personally close sales and support team members in doing the same
Follow up on leads and walk-ins with timely targeted communication
Team Leadership
Recruit onboard and develop a team of wellness representatives and medical professionals
Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to performance and service standards
Conduct regular coaching 1-on-1s and team meetings
Foster a culture of positivity ownership and continuous improvement
Operations & Service
Ensure consistent high-quality service delivery across all wellness modalities
Oversee daily studio operations including scheduling payroll inventory and cleanliness
Maintain compliance with all safety medical and brand standards
Manage equipment readiness and coordinate maintenance as needed
Community Engagement & Local Marketing
Represent Restore in the Torrance community through partnerships and events
Implement local marketing efforts to drive traffic and increase brand visibility
Engage with the studios social media presence and collaborate on content strategy
3 years of experience in sales retail management hospitality or fitness/wellness leadership
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
Strong people leadership and coaching skills
Comfortable working in a high-energy customer-facing environment
Tech-savvy and organized with strong communication skills
Passionate about health wellness and helping others feel their best
Bonus if you have:
Experience with memberships subscription models or service-based sales
Background in fitness nutrition aesthetics or healthcare
Familiarity with CRM software scheduling tools or point-of-sale systems
Full-time position must be available to work weekends as needed
Base salary: $68000$72000
Monthly performance-based bonus opportunity
Studio hours: TuesdayFriday 10AM7PM Saturday 9AM5PM Sunday 11AM5PM closed Monday
