As the General Manager at Cooper Auto Group you will be entrusted with critical responsibilities that directly impact the dealerships success and reputation. - Develop comprehensive expertise in the brand to drive customer satisfaction metrics.
- Effectively communicate corporate strategic vision to management and operational teams. Utilize market analysis to inform critical decision-making processes in sales team management inventory control and business operations.
- Implement rigorous recruitment and retention strategies to secure and maintain top-tier talent. Develop and execute comprehensive training programs and establish quantifiable performance standards. Demonstrate capacity to lead a team of managers overseeing sales and service departments.
