The opportunity
The Senior Program Manager Learner Equity Programs will be a cross-functional leader responsible for advancing SNHUs learner equity priorities through strategic program development insight generation and institutional collaboration. Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Learner Equity you will guide projects that enhance student belonging engagement and support across the learner experience. You will be hybrid working in proximity to our Manchester NH office. #LI-Hybrid

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $62411.00 - $99876.00. Actual offer will be based on skills qualifications experience and internal equity in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $68964.00 - $93304.00.Exceptional benefits (because youre exceptional)
