Development of repair and inspection technologies process qualification industrialization. Related program deliverables to repair facilities for new and updated processes.
Developing in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute strategy.
In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor with proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members.
Bachelors degree in a STEM (Science Technology Engineering or Math) field from an accredited university or college.
Minimum 6 years of work experience in product design and/or manufacturing.
Minimum 3 years of process development experience including verification and validation.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve technical problems.
Ability to document plan market and execute programs.
Experience medical ultrasound probe design manufacturing or repair/refurbishment including familiarity with associated product quality requirements.
Demonstrated facilitation negotiation and conflict resolution skills in driving closure on decisions and issues.
Familiarity with ISO FDA and other regulatory standards.
Experience with entire product lifecycle of GE HealthCare products including experience with GE HealthCare systems such as: MyWorkshop Oracle Quality Management System etc.
