Lead Fullstack Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and autonomous Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic multicultural team.
This role combines front-end and back-end expertise with a strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and modern development practices. You will contribute to building maintaining and scaling robust web applications and AI-driven solutions working closely with Product Design and Data teams.

What is this position about 

• Demonstrates deep expertise in all technologies used by the team and leverages strong business understanding to guide technical decisions.

• Works independently with minimal supervision while mentoring and guiding a small team toward continuous improvement.

• Partners closely with Product and Design leads to translate stakeholder requirements into effective scalable technical solutions.

• Communicates clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences at all organizational levels.

• Designs and develops robust highly scalable client- and server-side components implementing strong monitoring and alerting in line with architectural standards.

• Collaborates with the team to build and maintain comprehensive unit test coverage ensuring code quality and reliability.

• Provides Tier 3 production support when required troubleshooting complex technical issues through in-depth debugging analysis and research.

• Performs additional duties and assumes other responsibilities as assigned contributing flexibly to team and organizational goals.

Qualifications :

• Javascript Node JS HTML CSS React with Hooks Typescript
• Ability to work with Git
• Orchestrating pipelines using Gitlab (CI/CD)
• Ability to work with APIs
• Familiarity with Unit testing
• Ability to collaborate with UI/UX designer and provide design feedback/suggestions.
• Good communication Skills and ability to work with product team to understand requirements and provide feedback.

Prefer to have:

• Working with AWS Services (Lambda EC2 ECS ECR S3 and RDS)
• SQL skills/backend development.

You will need excellent written and verbal English for clear and effective communication with the team.

How much experience must I have
In order to thrive in this role you must have at least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
