Group/Division Summary:

Join our Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division supporting the Life Sciences Mass Spectrometry and Ion Chromatography and Sample Prep business units generating over $1.1B in revenue. Be part of an exceptionally ambitious team driving world-class results!

Position Summary:

As the Sr. Director Human Resources you will be the strategic business partner for two dynamic business units. Your proven leadership will determine and successfully implement HR strategies that support our companys mission and values.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $210200.00$280200.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on which includes:
