Job Description

Our client is a mission-driven consumer tech company and we have partnered with them on a search for a Senior Data Platform Engineer to help scale the infrastructure behind one of the largest health and wellness ecosystems in the U.S. In this high-impact role youll architect data systems that support analytics machine learning and personalized user experiences across millions of users.

What Youll Do

  • Build and maintain high-throughput event-driven data pipelines using Python Airflow and Snowflake

  • Lead platform architecture efforts to scale data systems securely and reliably

  • Drive DataOps practices (CI/CD testing modeling) and improve platform observability

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver secure governed and well-documented data services

  • Mentor engineers and align on resilient patterns and tooling

What You Bring

  • 812 years of engineering experience including 3 in senior-level data platform roles

  • Deep hands-on experience with Snowflake Airflow and Python

  • Strong background in data infrastructure orchestration and secure system design

  • Familiarity with distributed systems event-driven architecture and observability tools

  • Bonus: experience with dbt Kafka modular data modeling and CI enforcement

This is a fully remote high-autonomy role with significant ownership and impact on the data platform powering a top health-tech brand.
