Job Description
Registered Respiratory Therapist Job Description:
Location: Respiratory Therapy Department at the Hospital
Schedule: Full-Time Nights
Signing Bonus: Up to $10000 Sign on Bonus
Position: Open until August 31 2025 or until filled
Responsibilities:
Perform quality respiratory care cardiopulmonary and neuro-diagnostics.
Provide respiratory therapy treatments: oxygen therapy nebulizer treatments IPPB
chest physiotherapy ventilator management incentive spirometry sputum induction.
Conduct cardio-pulmonary diagnostics: ECGs cardiac stress testing Lexiscan
dypridimal dobutamine stress echocardiogram tilt test holter scanning PFT ABG
sampling and analysis bronchoscopy assistance EEGs home sleep studies and
nocturnal oximetry.
Document patient records per departmental standards.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates Degree preferred).
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Current BLS certification. ACLS required within 6 months of employment.
Current unrestricted Colorado license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
CRT required RRT within 2 years NRP preferred.
Compensation:
Pay range: $38.00 - $43.70 per hour depending on education and experience.
Discretionary bonuses relocation expenses merit increases market adjustments
