At Appalachian Community Services (ACS) an ncgCARE partner we are on a mission to transform lives through community-based mental health and family services. As part of our commitment to supporting youth and families across Western North Carolina were looking for an experienced and passionate Intensive In-Home Team Lead to join our team.
This is not your average clinical role. As a Team Lead youll provide direct therapy and hands-on leadership working closely with youth families and community supports to create strong personalized paths to healing. Youll help guide a dedicated team of clinicians to deliver care that is solution-focused strength-based and family-driven.
