Responsibilities

Under general supervision the Senior Manager of Partner Business Development focuses on strategic leadership and execution ensuring the alignment of partner business development efforts with sales goals and broader company objectives. The Sr Manager is responsible for managing and developing a team of Partner Business Development resources driving initiatives aimed at revenue growth pipeline generation and partner market share. In addition to core management duties the Senior Manager collaborates with executive leadership and external partners to shape long-term business plans and co-sell strategies. The Sr Manager also plays a key part in influencing internal stakeholders leading cross-functional initiatives and contributing to department-wide strategy.

Leads and scales a high-performing team across multiple business units to drive revenue pipeline and partner success.
Collaborates with internal Sales teams to execute joint business plans and co-selling initiatives.
Monitors key performance metrics and report on progress against goals.
Supports recruitment onboarding and training of team members.
Actively represents the team and highlights key trends in leadership discussions.
Removes operational barriers to success and identify opportunities for greater impact.
Drives strategic partner initiatives aligned with company revenue and growth objectives.
Collaborates with senior leaders to execute joint business plans and strategic programs.
Shapes departmental strategy by contributing to decisions that impact broader organizational goals.
Provides leadership coaching and mentors other managers within the department and company.
Owns executive-level reporting offering actionable insights and updates to upper management.
Performs other job duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Proven leadership in both individual contributor and management roles.
Strong leadership and coaching skills including experience with remote or cross-departmental teams.
Ability to influence senior leadership and key stakeholders internally and externally.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking aligned with company-wide objectives.
Expertise in developing and executing strategic partner and sales plans.
Excellent communication skills including the ability to influence and present at the executive level.
Analytical and data-driven approach to performance management and decision-making.
Ability to manage departmental projects and lead high-performing teams while balancing multiple priorities.
