Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree and four years of experience coaching Track & Field (Indoor/Outdoor); or a combination of education and related experience.
- Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
- Coaching experience in a college setting NCAA certification required.

The Athletics Department at Georgia State University is seeking to hire a Head Coach Womens Cross Country/Track & Field (Indoor/Outdoor).

WHAT WILL YOU DO:
The Head Coach for Womens Cross Country/Track & Field (Indoor/Outdoor) will oversee the overall player development of the student-athletes for the program. The Head Coach for Womens Cross Country/Track & Field (Indoor/Outdoor) will also meet all objectives of the sport within the University Athletic Department NCAA and Sun Belt Conference rules and regulations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Counsel andmonitor team members inacademic disciplinary and personal matters.
- Support fundraising efforts for the program.
- Attendall athleticdepartment meetings andother relativeevents.
- Budget management; determine budget requirements and manage all financial aspects of operations recruitment and scholarship budget.
- Coach and recruit student-athletes for the Womens Cross Country and Track & Field program to include all aspects of academic success strength and conditioning planning of practice organization of team meetings film study scheduling and trip management.
- Develop practice plans and competition schedules.
- Organize and direct student-athletes at competitions and practice; coordinate team travel.
