WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Analysis of the current B2B situation regarding business processes legal situations and customer requirements
Development and design of new business processes around the topic of B2B (including fleet topics such as rent-a-car or True fleet; Fleet Data Management Business Engineering)
Consulting B2B strategy: Coordination with the VW brands regarding a multi-brand strategy regarding a common ecosystem and common frontends
Preparation of decisions on possible legal issues and data protection
Consolidation and detailing of B2B fleet requirements together with VW brands
Strategic Milestone Requirements Engineering: Portfolio Management Support for the definition of overlap-free Strategic Milestone and possible epics from the current B2B portfolio as well as preparation of possible new cross-brand B2B use cases and identification of B2B points of contact in existing use cases in the portfolio
Support of the Strategic Milestones teams to detail the requirements and derive Epic tickets as well as support in the publication of work packages (incl. committee work)
Support of the portfolio and solution process development work in the platform planning fields
Maintenance of Confluence pages and JIRA boards (e.g. work results roadmaps etc.)
Planning requirements with delivery management for SOPs and software releases
Alignment of requirements delivery with multiple fleet products
Independent identification of work packages and assumption of responsibility
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
Several years of project experience in requirements engineering ideally in the automotive sector (preferably in the VW environment)
Strong cooperation and communication skills
Basic understanding of vehicle development processes and timelines and vehicle architectures
Very high degree of initiative and flexibility to take on new tasks
Independent and structured way of working
High level of resilience and experienced in dealing with change
Experience with the CARIAD Delivery Model (primarily REQCHAM and Lean Portfolio Management processes)
Ability to identify and take over work packages independently
Ability to communicate appropriately with various stakeholders on different level (delivery management architecture business owner electronics development portfolio management etc.)
