Job Overview: The Grant Manager is responsible for the implementation and management of corporate grants across various stakeholders. This role will focus on reinforcing relationships with donors ensuring grant programs operate efficiently and streamlining grant administration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop annual implementation plans and conduct regular field-based monitoring of projects.
- Collaborate with project implementation teams.
- Collect data from the field to prepare reports and presentations using established templates.
- Keep corporate partners informed about the impact of their community investments through field visits and documentation.
- Develop proposals for ongoing partnerships and design new programs to enhance existing impact.
- Manage project utilization within scheduled timelines.
- Design proposals and work within teams to solve problems.
- Manage project deadlines and documentation for each assigned project.
- Track project milestones and utilization.
Profile Requisites:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-8 years of experience.
- Education: A graduate degree is required preferably from a social sciences background with demonstrable experience in program implementation monitoring and evaluation.
- Skills:
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Proficient in basic computer skills including MS Word Excel and presentation software.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills for field-based programs.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a team.
- Personal Attributes:
- Passionate about program implementation.
- Willing to work from the office and travel frequently for field visits.
