Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and review requests for proposals (RFP/TAQ) to ensure appropriate information is received for project costing working closely with sales and operational teams.
- Handle proposals throughout their entire life cycle from initial RFP release through post-proposal submission.
- Build technical proposal drafts that maintain a consistent voice are efficiently structured and visually appealing. Incorporate compelling proof points such as tables diagrams and references to substantiate key messages and differentiate us from competitors.
- Attend and participate in client discussions to ensure alignment and accurate costing of technical aspects of the project.
- Follow up with corporate business development executives and sites via Outbound Opportunity Review (OOR).
- Prepare presentations for quotation analysis for all organizational levels using PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Edit and update quote records in .
- Perform duties such as proofing editing document design/layout and ensuring the accuracy of incoming data from site technical teams. Present finalized quotations to senior management for financial approval via Deal Summary Approvals.
- Train junior staff and maintain day-to-day operations in the managers absence.
- Continuously implement practical process improvements and Just-Do-Its.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in life science or finance background.
- Professional contact with customers and in network colleagues.
- Proven experience in handling complex RFP processes.
- Strong technical writing and document design skills.
- Outstanding skill in collaborating with different teams and collaborators.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly PowerPoint.
- Experience with is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines strictly.
- Strong Excel experience
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in North Carolina is $93800.00$140675.00.
